Heather was my doula for both daughters. She was and is an amazing, educated and open-minded person who is very good at what she does. I had two hospital births, with epidurals, and I never felt as though I "shouldn't" have a doula. Her presence was calming, and it also gave my husband the opportunity to focus more on me.
