Katie is a terrific postpartum doula! She is warm, friendly, and down to earth - just the kind of person you want in your home. She came and helped me after the birth of my third child. She assisted me around the home with care of my daughter, such as bathing and dressing her. It was great to have someone to hold her while I took a shower!!! She also helped me keep up on laundry and dishes, and other household chores, which was a great relief. Katie had great resources for me when I ran into breastfeeding difficulties (my daughter was tongue tied). Above and beyond any one thing Katie did to help me, she was a positive, radiant person to have in the home. She developed a warm rapport with my daughter, and was a tremendous listener to me in those overwhelming first months of motherhood.
