I had a VBAC with my second child and Aarti was my doula. Aarti provided assurance and information before the birth that helped me be at ease. She gave me excercises to help get my body read for delivery. During labour, Aarti provides excellent support by helping me feel relaxed. She massaged my neck and shoulders, helped me gain focus and breathe. She used essential oils and whatever else I felt comfortable with to get through labour. She did an amazing job belong me breathe throughl the contraction. It was a long labour and she was there to help me through. I am happy with my labour experience with Aarti.
