I had a the privilege of having Brenda help me feel like my self again with a postnatal treatment. Brenda came over a week after I had my son, she poured me a beatiful herbal bath with flower petals and candles, where I got to enjoy having my baby join me for a little bit and relax, while I relaxed with beautiful music and dark chocolate, Brenda prepared the wrap for the binding of the bones ceremony. I layed on my bed where Brenda had placed scarves, she started by massages grape seed oil on my arms and legs, then added hot herbal compress along my body, where she proceesed to tie the scarves together to keep the compresses in place. After just having a baby feeling sore and empty the binding of the bones really made my body feel warm and whole again, to finish the treatment she wraped me up with a binding that tightened my stomach up which made it feel like everything was put back into place!
