I had always envisioned that when I did get pregnant and give birth, I would do so naturally and drug- free. However, as the years passed and I heard stories from other acquaintances who had given birth, I started to doubt whether giving going the drug- free route was even possible. I was lucky enough to join a prenatal yoga class and be introduced to the concept of a doula early in my second trimester. As I looked further into what a doula was, I realized what a great asset that would be for our family. We were referred to Kelly Sunshine, and from the momemt my husband and I met with Kelly we knew she was the right fit for us! We were able to achieve our ideal birth for our first son, and I don't think it would have been possible without Kelly's help. She was there for us every step of the way during my pregnancy and we couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend Kelly Sunshine!
