Tamara was our postpartum doula for almost a year. I had a challenging delivery and experienced health problems without a lot of support. Tamara was truly a god send for me and my family. She is a knowledgable, kind-hearted, trustworthy, and caring doula. From the first meeting that we had together, I felt safe and cared for in her presence. Tamara was my doula from the time my daughter was 2 1/2 weeks old until she was 1 and my daughter always felt very comfortable and happy with her. I was able to get the rest and support that I needed. Not only did she spend time with my daugher and help with the house maintenance and meals so I could rest, she helped through breastfeeding challenges, provided emotional support, and helped me getting to and from appointments, as I do not drive. If you are looking for a doula who will truly care for you, advocate for you, and provide you with knowledge and support, then I highly recommend getting Tamara as a postpartum doula.
