Throughout the long labor process, Carolyn spoke softly, gently reminding me of important coping techniques and helping me refocus. She was also completely supportive of my decisions every step of the way.
Carolyn is very professional and personable - she came to our first meeting well prepared with lots of information, and she exuded a warm, kind spirit. She also didn't mind that we called her at 3:00 in the morning a few weeks later when labor really got going. :-)
