Bethany was my doula for the birth of my daughter, Rebekah. Being my first baby, I didn't know what to expect from labor. I took the online HypnoBabies course and wanted to hire a HypnoDoula to help support me during my labor. Bethany was so much help. She knew how to support a hypno birth but also helped with prenatal visits. She helped with our birth plan and helped me in the last week of my prenancy when I started to get curious about signs labor was starting. Bethany was with us through my whole labor. It wasn't an easy labor and things didn't go as planned, but she helped us make decisions and our daughter was born perfect after 12 hours of labor. I would recommend her to anyone. we didn't know whether we really needed a doula. I am so thankful we chose to hire a doula and that we chose Bethany.
