The birth of my daughter was perfect – it was a day of love, calm, quiet, and laugher. Much of this was due to our amazing birth doula, Ellie. Her calming and supportive presence allowed me to relax completely and have a smooth hypnobirth. She provided physical and emotional support through massage and verbal prompts, as well as acted as an advocate to my husband and myself – she made sure nothing got in the way of us having the hypnobirth experience we wished for. She also provided all the details to make for a calm birthing environment, including candles, music, and essential oils. We cannot thank her enough for making the birth of daughter such a wonderful experience.
