One of the best decisions I made was hiring Freya as my Doula. Not only did she help me remain calm throughout the overall pregnancy and labor process, she was never afraid to ask the hard questions which we new moms sometimes shy away from. Her techniques were amazing and although there were 6 people present at my home during delivery, when surges came I found myself calling Freya's name and she was there to guide and rock me through them. She encourages, uplifts, and supports throughout the entire process. You cannot go wrong with her. She is the best!
