My experience with Bethany Thomas went very well. I had a complicated, extended labor but she stayed by my side. We met to go over my birth plan and then I called her when my contractions were starting to get intense. We walked around my neighborhood until they were consistent and strong and then went to the hospital. She made sure my older daughter was cared for as well as helped me with massage and information. My labor was twelve hours long and she stayed until I had nursed my baby. Her support with physical comfort and the prenatal education and adovacy in labor was so helpful. I had a wonderful birth and she was a big part of it!
