The birthing environment can be intense and Teresa manages all of the nuances with grace and ease. She always puts the mama and partner first and is a strong birth guide and natural leader. Although my experience did not lead to natural childbirth, Teresa provided such a tremendous amount of support, always advocated for me in time of need and gently reminded us of the various methods and birthing options at our disposal.
