I had placenta encapsulation done by Nicole Chambers. I highly recommend this especially for women who have any sort of hormone imbalance, or thyroid issue. I was very emotional right after the birth of my son, however the placenta pills helped in reducing random crying, helped the healing process and sped up overall recovery.
