I came across Danielle's Doula services late in the game as far as my pregnancy was concerned. I contacted her about placenta encapsulation a week before my due date. Not only did Danielle respond to me right away, she sent me links and offered as much information to me so I could make the best choice possible. I asked her many questions, both in reference to the placenta encapsulation as well as ones pertaining to the birth of my firstborn. She always responded quickly with helpful advice.
When it came time for her to come and pick up the placenta, she was there within a couple hours of when I called. She was both very professional and personable. I enjoyed talking with her and could see that she really cared about giving me the best care that I needed. She had the pills within the next couple days with clear instructions and an open invitation to contact her with any questions, whether it is about the pills or anything about being a new mom. Danielle truly is all about making the best birth experience for any mom to be and I would ask her to help me out again.
