Rebecca was a great doula because she took the time to really personalize our birth plan based on our wants and needs. No question was dumb, no request too large, and no night time call was too late. She came prepared to our first meeting and every meeting afterwards. She was an excellent coach, provided great suggestions, but never got in the way. She knew when she was needed and when to let parents and nurses step in. She kept track of the entire night so that my wife and I could focus.
