For almost the whole time, it was Heidi who directed my labor, suggesting new positions to labor in, keeping me hydrated and fed, keeping me going with her firm hand and unwavering encouragement. In the end, I delivered my little girl naturally, just how I'd hoped to, and I can't imagine doing it without Heidi.
