Sally is always punctual, responsible, and dependable. As first-time parents, we've especially appreciated how much she's been teaching us about taking care of a newborn. She's helped us with feeding (how much to feed, and what bottles to use), getting her to sleep, bathing her, doing post-bath massages, and understanding her routines and cues.
She's also very proactive around the house during her shifts. She helps load the bottle washer and makes sure everything we need for Gemma is clean and ready to go.
