Her professionalism and responsiveness in our communications was outstanding. She provided an abundance of educational resources and amazing print-outs, personalized to the topics I wanted to learn more about. During labor, she was incredibly hands-on and attentive, knowing exactly when to step in and assist, when to offer guidance, and also how to involve my husband. Her level of care and support was on par with the nursing staff.
