My experience with Maria exceeded expectations. I am so grateful to have found her and I truly believe it was meant to be. My husban's first language is Spanish and mine is English. So finding a bilingual doula was really important to us. Maria helped keep my husband calm and informed during our planned home birth. She met with us many times before the birth and after. During these visits we discussed different types of natural pain coping techniques and she answered our many questions. She took priceless pictures and promptly encapsulated my placenta. My husband and I were both sad when our final meeting came and we could no longer look forward to seeing her as frequently. I am looking forward to using her for my next pregnancy. I will be calling her as early as possible to make sure she's available. Every women deserves a doula like Maria.
