Brighid is an incredible birth doula. We worked together for my first birth in October 2026 and I couldn't have done it without her. She helped educate my husband and me on the mysteries of birth beforehand and asked really insightful questions about things that might come up is the process (eg fears, past traumas). During the birth, she gave me extremely helpful coaching to connect with my body and work with my contractions during pushing. Her presence was calm and supportive - very there without being overwhelming. She also helped my husband feel seen and heard as well and helped him manage his expectations as well. Would recommend her over and over and work with her again should we have another!
