Ksenya helped me feel empowered without ever making me feel pressured, and supported my choices while remaining attentive to what was happening in the moment.
She also had a wonderful way of supporting my husband. She offered him gentle guidance and reassurance without ever taking away his role or making him feel anything but involved. We both felt that she was looking after us.
Beyond her warmth, Ksenya is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive. She seemed to understand what was happening at every stage and knew well to navigate the hospital setting as well.
