We had Cindy as our overnight doula when our baby was around 3 months old, and we had a great experience with her!
Our baby was having a lot of gas issues at night, and Cindy was very patient and experienced in helping her feel more comfortable. She knew how to do gas massages and was really good at soothing our baby when she cried at night.
One thing we especially appreciated was that Cindy listened to our preferences. We wanted someone who could soothe our baby in the crib instead of always picking her up and rocking her to sleep. Cindy did a great job with this! You could tell she was experienced just by watching her patting techniques, and our baby would calm down pretty quickly with her. We felt very comfortable leaving our baby in her care and were able to get some good sleep ourselves.
There was also one time when our schedule changed and we needed last-minute overnight care. Cindy was very flexible and helped us out, which we really appreciated.
Most importantly, Cindy genuinely cares about babies and enjoys what she does. She's professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. We felt lucky to have her help and would highly recommend her to other families!
