Tata made my birth experience the transformative moment in my life that it was. Having her by my side every step of the process made me feel seen, heard and calm consistently. She met me with resources and suggestions with every single fear I had leading up to birth and her bodyfocused yoga, stretching routines were instrumental to helping me feel calm and ready for birth starting in the second trimester. I love how she blended personalized health education with movement and free resources — all of this made me feel prepared for birth on every front. She was always checking in and asking specialized questions based on my concerns and fears.
The thing that drew me to Tata however was how emotionally aware and kind she was. When I was looking for a doula my main concern was having someone who moved with kindness and made me feel safe and heard in what I knew would be one of the most painful and difficult moments in my life. That was Tata!
