Working with Bonnie & Karen was one of the best choices I made during my first pregnancy. Prior to labor and delivery, they offered expert, informed, and uniquely comforting advice about pregnancy and delivering in Boston. They helped me make a birth plan that felt right for me, and my husband and I also attended Bonnie’s spinnning babies birth class, which helped us learn more about the labor process and supportive moves my partner could do while I was in labor. Upon my actual labor experience, both Karen and Bonnie were instrumental. Lasting over 39 hours from my water breaking, karen came to our home to support me during a portion of my active labor and once we learned my baby was LOP, Bonnie tapped in the morning after at the hospital helping me spin our baby to AP. Bonnie had me change positions nearly every 30 minutes to get baby in the optimal position and I’m fairly certain without her wisdom I would have been in so much pain or been asked to take interventions I wasn’t interested in. I absolutely plan to work with Bonnie and karen again if I have the opportunity to!
