Chrystal was our doula for our first baby. She was such a steady presence in the anxieties of before birth, during birth and after birth. She made sure we were prepared before birth, giving us information on what to expect, things to consider and general advice from her experiences. It was SO comforting to have someone who had seen birth before and could be a guiding light for us. At the hospital, her presence really did change the room, she knew the vibe I was wanting and she made it happen in the room. She was such a help postpartum as well, helping us with our little one when we felt we had no idea what to do and making sure I was emotionally and physically ok. We absolutely will be using Chrystal again when we have our second baby, I can't recommend her more!
