We are so grateful for Rachel! Rachel served as our doula for the births of our first and second babies. Having her knowledge and experience was invaluable. With our first birth she was so helpful in guiding me with positions during labor and guiding my husband on ways to support me during and in between contractions. She also helped us know when it was time to head to the birth center. With our second birth, my baby needed some extra assistance to get into a good position and Rachel had me do side lying releases through contractions which got him into position right away. She is there throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum to answer your questions or send recommendations as you make the transition to adding a new member to your family. We highly recommend her whether you’re a first time mom or entering this season again. We will definitely be hiring her as our doula again when we have our third baby.
