Picking Phelicia as my doula was the best decision I made during my pregnancy and birthing journey!!! She truly helped us achieve our birthing goals by giving us tips, advice, and being there every step of the way at the hospital.
She is very experienced, holds a lot of birthing wisdom and knowledge and is extremely efficient. She kept constant communication with us as things escalated. There were things about my pregnancy that was not conventional, but she helped us navigate those challenges. She gave us numerous tips and advice which actually turned out to be super important for our medical decision making. Had I not had her as my doula, I believe my birthing journey would have been more difficult.
She came to the hospital right away, and helped us better understand certain complex steps during a complicated labor and delivery process.
Most importantly, I felt I had an advocate who had my best interest at heart. To add, she also did a wonderful birthing photography during labor and those precious photos will always stay with us.
I absolutely recommend her as a doula!!! She is a gem!
