The best decision we made on our newborn journey was choosing to work with Bella. She is deeply knowledgeable and experienced with infant care.
Coming home from the hospital, I was in tears from the stress of maternity stay. Bella came in and provided the gentle support I needed after such a turbulent time. That first night she set up my pump for me and explained the process of using it. Every time I would wake up to pump, it was set up with fresh supplies.
She has taught me and my husband so much about babies. We learned from her how to properly diaper, burp, soothe, feed, bathe, etc. Anything baby related we do well is because of Bella.
In addition to the infant care, she is an absolutely lovely and kind person. I am up at night since that's my usual shift with the baby, and she is lovely to chat with about both baby and non-baby things. She also deals with my very loud cat when I'm asleep with kindness.
I trust my daughter with Bella completely.
