I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough! She was our birth doula and also provided prenatal and postnatal education sessions at our home. As first-time parents, we found her support absolutely invaluable throughout the entire experience.
Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth, and newborn care. She was always happy to answer our many questions, offering practical advice that helped us feel much more prepared and confident. She was also very approachable and easy to reach at all hours, which was especially reassuring as we approached the birth.
During labour, Jessica was fantastic. She provided constant encouragement and reassurance, and was very hands-on in helping me change positions to encourage the baby to move down and labour to progress. I really believe her experience and approach contributed to how quickly and smoothly the birth went, and sped up the recovery process. She also worked brilliantly alongside the medical team, building a friendly and collaborative relationship with the staff while ensuring I felt supported throughout.
Overall Jessica has such a warm, caring, and reassuring manner. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Jessica as our doula. She made such a positive difference to our birth experience, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better doula. I highly recommend her to any expectant parents!
