One thing I particularly appreciated was how meticulously she documented everything. She always had a notebook with her, recording the exact times of feedings, diaper changes, sleep, and other activities. Since we use Baby Connect, she would also transfer all that information into the app, keeping us fully informed.
I personally value routine, consistency, and predictability, especially when it comes to establishing healthy sleep habits for a newborn. Raissa’s structured approach aligned perfectly with what I was looking for and helped us build a solid foundation for our daughter’s sleep routine.
And the results were remarkable! Our little one started sleeping through the night at just six weeks old, which honestly exceeded all my expectations. Of course, there were occasional nights when she woke up, but they were surprisingly rare, sometimes just two or three nights a week, and other weeks not at all.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Raissa to any new parent looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and exceptionally professional night doula. We were incredibly fortunate to have her!
