I have had the pleasure of working with Christine Scarlett, RN, BSN, PCD(DONA), PPA, CBD, CLC, CEIM, twice when she served as the doula for my daughter’s last two deliveries. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to know what my daughter needed even before she did. I was truly amazed by her expertise in the birthing process and her understanding of the importance of each phase of labor and delivery.
Christine was a strong advocate for my daughter, ensuring her birth plan was respected, particularly as she pursued a VBAC. Despite initial skepticism from the doctors, my daughter was able to have two successful vaginal deliveries with Christine’s support. Throughout both experiences, Christine was a calming presence who was attentive, reassuring, and always responsive to my daughter’s needs.
Watching Christine work made me wish I could go back in time and have her by my side during my own five deliveries! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication make her an exceptional doula.
