Paola is absolutely amazing. Her calming energy brought me so much peace. I can’t recommend her enough! She is an incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate doula. Although my birth didn’t go as planned and I ended up needing an induction followed by a C-section, she supported me emotionally through every step of the process.

During the night she was attending another client’s birth, and she arranged for her wonderful backup doula to be with me. As soon as she finished with her other client the following morning, she came to see me, just as I was preparing for my C-section. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed, and she made such a difference. She sat with me, talked me through my emotions, and gently brushed and played with my hair, helping me feel calm and cared for when I couldn’t even put it up myself because of my IV. It may seem like a small gesture, but then, it meant the world to me. I felt so loved and supported.

Her care extended beyond the birth itself. She also visited me postpartum and did abdominal taping, which I absolutely loved! And she helped me so much in my breastfeeding journey.

Her prenatal support was equally wonderful. She and her backup doula came to our home so we could get to know both of them, and she provided incredibly helpful education and guidance. We had three prenatal classes (if I remember correctly), and I loved every single one of them. She shared so much valuable knowledge, practical advice, and helpful tips that made us feel much more prepared. She was also very attentive and supportive and checked my milk supply.

What stands out most about her is how much she genuinely cares. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, warm, and deeply committed to the families she supports. Even when my birth experience took a completely different direction, she helped me feel safe, heard, and emotionally supported.
