From the beginning, I knew I wanted a doula with a truly calming presence—someone who would support me, advocate for me, answer my questions, and respect my choices. Noliko was the epitome of calm and exactly what I was looking for!
Throughout pregnancy, she checked in regularly, responded quickly to questions, gave me a wonderful prenatal massage at home, and shared amazing recommendations for things like pelvic floor therapy and hypnobirthing. She supported my birth plan without ever making me feel pressured, offering guidance while letting me make my own decisions.
During labor and delivery, she was everything I hoped for. With her help, I had the unmedicated birth I’d envisioned, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her. She gave massages, encouraged me to move and change positions even when I didn't want to, and advocated for me while remaining calm and respectful. She even thought to ask if I wanted a mirror or to touch my baby’s head as he was being born. She took beautiful photos of our family and stayed until we were settled and comfortable in our room.
We were also lucky enough to have Noliko as our postpartum doula for the first few weeks. She’s a natural with babies and incredibly intuitive about what both parents and baby need. She taught us so much, helped around the house, made delicious food, and became an integral part of our nighttime routine. We felt completely comfortable with her caring for our son.
Noliko was exactly what we needed throughout pregnancy, birth, and those first weeks at home. We feel so lucky she was part of this time in our lives and honestly wish we’d had more time with her. I cannot recommend her enough!
