Working with Katie during my second postpartum was the best thing I could have possibly wished for. I was initially nervous about bringing in doula help - it can feel tough to navigate working with new people when you’re in the depths of sleep deprivation and I was a little overwhelmed at the idea. Katie joined us at about week 4 and seamlessly stepped in with a few overnights per week. She intuitively knows how to support a postpartum mom and is incredibly adaptable to schedules and routines and so lovely to work with! Both baby and I were doing so much better after a few nights of good sleep and Katie brings wonderful recommendations as well! Havig Katie's help fundamentally changed how this postpartum felt for me in such a positive way, she’s is a fantastic doula and an even lovelier human. I wish every mom could have someone like Katie to help navigate the first few weeks postpartum.
