We hired Glo as our postpartum doula for six weeks after the birth of our second child, mainly as an extra set of hands while we adjusted to life with two little ones. She turned out to be so much more than that.
Glo is an excellent listener. Every morning she checked in on how the night went and what our priorities were for the day, then adapted completely. Some days that meant light baby chores, and after rough nights it meant a lot of hands-on baby care. She always went above and beyond, proactively finding ways to help while the baby napped or fed. By week two, she was honestly better than we were at getting him down and building good sleep habits in his crib.
We felt real relief every morning when she arrived, and she quickly became part of the family. Our toddler even gave her a nickname, which is the highest seal of approval in our house. We can't recommend Glo enough to any family looking for calm, capable, caring postpartum support.
