I worked with Anna during my twin pregnancy and birth in the summer of 2026, and found her to be an incredible resource and support. As first-time parents expecting multiples, my husband and I naturally had many questions and concerns. Anna consistently responded and/or provided references to help answer these, both during prenatal + postpartum meetings and via text in-between. She was also a calming presence and valuable resource at the hospital during the birth, from a little while after my water broke around 9am, until I successfully delivered my twins around 3am the next morning.
I found Anna's support particularly invaluable in two ways: finding the right experts to consult on specific subjects, and helping us learn the things we didn't realize we needed to learn. In regards to experts, I'd decided I was interested in arranging/attending various consultations and classes (lactation counseling, pelvic floor therapy, infant CPR and birthing classes, to name a few), but felt overwhelmed in actually finding these. Anna provided an array of options every time I asked, as well as her top choice along with rationale. This alleviated a significant amount of stress and enabled me to more efficiently learn everything baby-related that I'd hoped to. In terms of things we didn't know we needed to learn, this was most apparent during the labor and birth itself. When Anna arrived at the hospital after I'd been admitted, I was lying in the hospital bed on my phone, with no intention to move. Anna gently encouraged me to walk around and try various exercises and stretches, guiding me through different positions and techniques for hours. In the end, I was able to deliver my twins with no interventions besides an epidural, and I believe this was almost entirely due to her coaching; the nurses mentioned afterwards that it was incredibly rare for someone to deliver multiples without induction and/or a C-section.
