Heather was exactly what I needed. She brought a calming energy and a strong support that my husband was able to observe and learn from in the moment. Its so hard to advocate for yourself or feel confident your partner can when you are going through the intensity of birth. She did everything I asked. She gave my husband confidence and practical tips on how to be hands on. She created an environment where I felt safe and calm which is hard to achieve at the hospital. I can still remember her kind calm voice speaking into my ear with contractions giving counter pressure. I felt very fortunate to have had her in my birthing process. I definitely recommend her and will absolutely hire her again for my next birth!!!
