Jennifer supported our family during the first month with our newborn. As first-time parents, we had so much to learn, and Jen's knowledge and genuine care made those first few weeks so much easier. She taught us so much about newborn care, from bathing, properly swaddling, and different ways to sooth our baby. She helped us feel more confident in our new roles as parents.
