We hired Chelsea after having our third baby. It was our first time having a night nurse and I don't know how we would have done it without her. She not only was able to feed the baby my pumped milk and allow me to sleep most of the night (only needed to pump once in the night) but eventually make it so that she didn't need a swaddle by the end of the 2 months. My daughter was even sleeping through the night by the time she left. She left detailed notes through texts on all the times she woke and had diaper changes and how much milk the baby drank. We loved having Chelsea!
