I had specific anxieties about what my birth experience might look like, and Lauren truly listened. She adjusted our plan to accommodate my concerns and supported every decision I made without judgment or question. She made me feel seen, heard, and understood, even during those final moments of pregnancy when I felt completely overwhelmed and unlike myself. From the moment she joined us, I felt calmer and more capable.
Lauren was also incredibly knowledgeable about my hospital and blended seamlessly with the nurses, doctors, and support staff. She was truly an extension of both their team and ours, serving as the perfect bridge between the two. She collaborated naturally with everyone in the room while remaining completely focused on my needs.
After such a positive experience with our first baby, having Lauren with us again for our second meant more than I can express. The second birth was much more complicated and overwhelming than the first. When things took an unexpected turn, Lauren was the calming, familiar presence I desperately needed. She helped me stay grounded, reassured me through the most difficult moments, and reminded me that I could keep going. I genuinely feel that I could not have done it without her.
I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. Her knowledge, compassion, and ability to bring calm to even the most challenging moments are truly a gift. Our family will always be grateful that she helped bring our two babies into the world, and she will forever hold a special place in our story.
