Throughout my pregnancy, she was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. She always answered my texts promptly, checked in after our visits, and genuinely followed along with how I was progressing. It was so reassuring to have someone I could reach out to who knew my history and what I was hoping for with this birth.
During labor, she helped me move through different positions, kept me calm, and most importantly helped keep my confidence high and my worries low. Having someone there who understood the birth process and could continuously support and encourage me made such a difference, especially compared with my first birth experience.
She also continued to check in with me after delivery, which I really appreciated. I’m so thankful I chose to have a doula this time around and truly believe her support helped me have the positive VBAC experience I was hoping for.
