We loved working with Liza! When we had our second baby we decided to work with a night doula a couple of times a week so we could have slightly more dependable sleep and enough energy to chase our toddler around and care for the newborn. Liza has a very calm and nurturing energy and our little one took to her right away. She was also very knowledgeable on baby sleep and helped us through a couple sleep related issues with swaddling and bedtime. I also felt like Liza truly cared about our family. She was always available via text for questions and she even came over early one night after I sent her a panicked text that I was solo and couldn't get the baby down.
