I had a wonderful experience with Adriana as our night doula.
First, she is incredibly kind and genuinely loves babies. I always felt comfortable leaving my baby in her care at night, which gave me a great sense of peace and allowed me to get much-needed rest.
What I especially appreciate is how well she understands parents' concerns. Rather than simply telling parents to follow a recommendation or quoting AAP guidelines, she takes the time to listen, understand the situation, and work through solutions together with empathy and respect. I never felt judged or dismissed when I had questions or concerns.
She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She knows how to handle different situations that may come up with both the baby and the mom, and I always felt that my baby was in capable hands.
Although I hired her as a night doula, she also went above and beyond by providing daytime suggestions and creating age-appropriate schedules for my baby. Her help extended far beyond the overnight hours, and it made a big difference in helping us feel more confident as parents.
