Lyndsey was incredible to work with! She gave my husband and I some awesome tricks and stretches to practice prior to birth and when we used them in the hospital, all our nurses were so impressed! We gave birth unexpectedly early at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure. Lyndsey came in incredibly calm and set the tone for the actual delivery. The vibes were immaculate and the whole experience felt very spiritual and empowering. She was helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Helped eased my anxious mind completely.
