My wife and I had the good fortune of having Leila for both our doula and our birth class instructor. This written review can’t begin to do it justice how valuable she was to the huge life experience of pregnancy and childbirth! She is the perfect balance of science-y and woo-woo, and we felt well-informed as well as emotionally safe and supported. There is a lot of trust that needs to be in place to share pregnancy and childbirth with someone, and Leila made it easy to do so. She is great at reading a room, and effectively provided whatever it was that the situation called for: humor, encouragement, information, space, advice, a sounding board, physical support, emotional support, etc. I can’t recommend working with her enough - truly invaluable!
