Clao is incredibly kind, warm, attentive, and thoughtful, and she quickly got to know our son and his routine. She was a great communicator and always gave us detailed, thoughtful recaps in the morning, which we really appreciated. She also regularly went above and beyond to make our lives easier, always lending a helping hand wherever she could.
