We’re so grateful to Sherry for connecting us with Sally and for really understanding the kind of support we were looking for as first-time parents. Our original nighttime doula unexpectedly dropped out when I was already 36 weeks pregnant, and our baby ended up arriving at 38 weeks, so we were scrambling to find the right help. We are fortunate that Sally was available and she has been such a great fit for our family.
Sally is punctual, responsible, dependable, and genuinely caring with our newborn daughter. She’s taught us so much about newborn care, from feeding, bathing, and post-bath massages to navigating gas and digestion, diaper rash, swaddling, sleep positions, and learning to recognize and respond to our baby’s routines and cues. She’s also provided helpful lactation and pumping support. Beyond her years of experience, Sally is easy to connect with and has been a wonderful source of both emotional and educational support as we’ve adjusted to being new parents.
I feel completely comfortable leaving our baby in Sally’s care overnight, which has allowed me to get the sleep and rest I really need. We’ve truly appreciated having her with us during these early newborn weeks and would happily recommend her to other families!
