It was clear that she had a lot of experience, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Having someone in your home overnight with your newborn can feel daunting, but Cristina made the experience feel easy and reassuring. She cared for our son in such a loving way and was genuinely excited about all of his milestones and appointments, which meant so much to us.
I especially appreciated that she took the extra step to check in on me as well, making sure I was eating well and asking if there was anything else she could do to make my life easier. She helped with laundry, bagging milk, cleaning pump parts, and anything else that needed to be done that night. Those little things made such a big difference during those early weeks. She is also great with pets and my dog absolutely loved her!
