As soon as we met Liz, we knew she would be the perfect doula match for us. She gives off such a warm, caring vibe, it was so easy for us to imagine welcoming her into our lives and inviting her to be a part of our birth team. As I got closer to my due date, it was so helpful to have her only a text or phone call away. She constantly checked in on me and answered any questions I might have. This was our first pregnancy and my husband and I had a lot of anxiety about labor; Liz helped calm our fears and was such a valuable resource as we prepared for the birth of our baby. During labor, she was at my side holding my hand and calmly talking me through the contractions. She was encouraging without being intrusive and a comforting source of positive energy. After the birth she took the most beautiful pictures of our first moments as a family. I really can't imagine my birth experience without Liz. My husband and I can't recommend her highly enough!
