Natasha is a true legend! I had such an empowering and grounded birth experience and it had everything to do with Natasha's fierce guidance, calming presence and expertise. I absolutely would have had an entirely different, likely more chaotic birth if it weren't for her. I was supposed to be induced but baby came early and all the pre-work my partner I did with Natasha paid off, I knew what to expect, how to pivot and stay presence. I made informed decisions and felt like I was held through a very intense experience. She knew exactly when to step in, she also helped me feel powerful in an often disempowering space. I made that aligned with what kind of birth experience I wanted. I cannot reccomend Natasha enough and we need more doulas like her in our community.
